Bruno Mars has released a new single which does not feature on his album 'Doo-wops And Hooligans'. However the song is from the soundtrack to the new Twilight Movie, 'Breaking Dawn'. I heard this song on the radio and instantly liked it.
Nicole Scherzinger - Try With Me
Earlier this month the news broke that Nicole Scherzinger is readying a brand new single called 'Try With Me', that most likely will serve as the first single from an upcoming re-release of her album 'Killer Love' in the UK and rest of Europe, and maybe as third single for the US in the future too. The new track, was written and produced by Australian duo The Nervo Twins who wrote David Guetta and Kelly Rowland's hit 'When Love Takes Over'. Above are some pictures from the set of Nicole's video for her new single, which at this point has no release date.
Lady Gaga Sings For President Bill Clinton
Lady Gaga enjoyed her "first real Marilyn moment" as she serenaded former US president Bill Clinton at a charity concert in Los Angeles. The Born This Way star was one of several musicians who performed on Saturday night at the Hollywood Bowl during a concert celebrating the 10th anniversary of Mr Clinton's foundation, which has sought to improve global health, strengthen economies worldwide, promote healthier childhoods and protect the environment.
Emerging from an all-white treehouse, Lady Gaga sported a wavy blond hairdo and red lips like Marilyn Monroe, who famously crooned Happy Birthday, Mr President to John F Kennedy in 1962. Lady Gaga similarly serenaded Mr Clinton and changed several of her lyrics to reference him, including swapping the title of Bad Romance for Bill Romance. "I thought, 'My God. I get Lady Gaga, and I will have a heart attack celebrating my 65th birthday'," Mr Clinton later said.
Mr Clinton, who turned 65 on August 19 but celebrated his birthday at a posh Hollywood party on Friday night, sat between wife Hillary and daughter Chelsea in the front row throughout the outdoor event. Other famous attendees included Maria Bello, Ashton Kutcher, Jason Segel, Ellen DeGeneres, Colin Farrell and Chevy Chase. "I am the only person in history who got to be president and then had a post-presidential birthday party attended by both Lady Gaga and the Secretary of State," Mr Clinton joked on stage. "I want to thank Hillary because we met 40 years ago this year. When I met her, she was already doing the kind of work you see here long before it was cool."
Lady Gaga sang 'Born This Way', 'The Edge Of Glory', 'Bad Romance' and 'You And I'. She closed with an instrumental of 'Government Hooker'. Here are her performances.

Robin Gibb Rushed To Hospital
Bee Gees star Robin Gibb was rushed to hospital yesterday with "severe" abdominal pains. Robin Gibb, the 'Stayin' Alive' singer, was taken ill at his home in Thame, Oxfordshire, England, and his wife Dwina called an ambulance for him which then took him to a stomach specialist unit at a nearby hospital.
A source told the Daily Express newspaper: "An ambulance rushed over to pick him up. His wife was with him and she obviously looked very worried. He looked in severe pain."
Robin - who is teetotal and a vegetarian - has suffered from crippling stomach pains for years and medical professionals have been unable to diagnose an exact cause for the ailment. A friend of the star said: "He would never go to hospital unless he really had to. He is a very brave man."
This is the second time this year the 61-year-old musician has been hospitalised with abdominal discomfort.

Pixie Lott - What Do You Take Me For
'All About Tonight' grew on me, but Pixie Lott's new single 'What Do You Take Me For' confirms suspisions I had when I first heard 'All About Tonight'. The music appears to have taken a back seat and now she is doing what is 'in' right now instead of creating great music like she used to. Her new single is boring, uneventful and has no medley. The video is the same, which is a shame because she is capable of much more.
A Good Day To Die Hard Announced
Tom Rothman, co-chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fox Filmed Entertainment, appeared on Jim Rome this morning to announce the future of the Die Hard franchise. Apparently Rome is a huge fan of the Die Hard series and somehow scored the exclusive. Personally I can't wait for this movie as the last movie was amazing and definatley the best Die Hard film, so I am looking forward to see which direction this movie goes in.
Here is what was revealed:
- Die Hard 5 will be titled 'A Good Day to Die Hard'
- Shooting begins in January 2012
- The sequel will be released on February 14th, 2013 (Valentine’s Day).
- The story is set in Russia and begins with John McClane heading to Moscow to sweet talk some cops into letting his apparently-wayward son out of jail for something he did, but when he gets there, things surrounding his son’s arrest are not as they appear and world-threatening terrorist hijinks ensue.
- McClane, Jr. has yet to be cast.
- They still don’t know if it will be rated PG-13 or R.
Lady Gaga Announces 5th Single
Lady Gaga has announced that the 5th single from her album 'Born This Way' will be the album's opening track 'Marry The Night'. Gaga has reportedly already filmed the music video but nobody know's anything about it. Gaga reportedly hid under sheets so that fans would not see her outfits. The video was shot in New York and will premier sometime before Christmas. Gaga revealed in February 2011, the song was inspired by the energy of one of her previous song 'Dance In The Dark' and the love for her hometown, New York City. The song was released for promotion on Farmville, six days before the release of Born This Way.
