News of a sequel to the much-loved Pixar classic Finding Nemo has hit Twitter. It
started trending after news sources started reporting that Ellen
DeGeneres, who voiced Dory in the original, is negotitating her role in
the sequel. She’s long been one of the more vocal cheerleaders for a
sequel to the 2003 film.
Tom Hanks told BBC News last
year that he believed 'Toy Story 4' was already "being worked on." Toy
Story 4, which appears to snub the neat resolution at the end of Toy
Story 3, is also being worked on.
A prequel to Monsters Inc will be released next year entitled Monsters University.
Reaction to the likely sequel to Finding Nemo has been largely positive on Twitter.
