Here is my third perfect Barbra Streisand concert. This time is a small concert, simular to that of her 'Love Is The Answer' performance in the Vanguard back in 2009. It is a concert full of the songs from her new album 'What Matters Most' which is amazing. Here is the set list I would love to see.
