Twitter is applauding The Dark Knight Rises star Christian Bale for visiting shooting victims in hospital in Aurora.
Bale, who plays Batman in the film that inspired the mass shooting at a midnight screening last Friday, arrived at the Medical Centre in Aurora South on Tuesday afternoon and spent time with victims and medical staff in a private visit.
Bill Moseley called Bale’s visit awesome, and tweeted ‘that’s my kind of star!’
Other tweeters were equally impressed with Bale’s sympathetic move in the wake of last week’s shocking tragedy on the day of the Batman release.
