Lady Gaga - Sydney Monster Hall Performance

Performing her exclusive one off show for 'Your All-time Gaga Live', presented by 2day FM, Vodafone All-time Prepaid and Take 40; Gaga gave fans a night they'll never forget.

With the beautiful organ backdrop of Sydney Town Hall, Gaga and her dancers set the stage alight with a set list spattered with old favourites and new favourites. Kicking off the show in a sparkly sequined dress and signature teal wig with 'Born This Way', the monster-filled crowd hung on every word she sang and every move she made.

Everyone loved her rendition of the classic smash hit 'Just Dance', where she thanked Australia for being the first place to ever believe in her.

Possibly the moment everyone will be talking about is Gaga's brilliant performance of 'You And I', a track from her 'Born This Way' album, performed in a mermaid dress, sitting in a wheelchair. However as much as I love Lady Gaga's music yet again she is copying someone elses routine. Not Michael Jackson or Madonna this time but Bette Midler. Her character Delores Delago, a staple in past Bette Midler shows, appears in her new long-running Las Vegas show, "The Showgirl Must Go On." The Delago character is a mermaid who uses a power wheelchair, and participates in a chorus line of wheelchair-using mermaids.

And here is Bette Midler years ago with the ORIGINAL routine she created for her show.
